This decision was made with much consideration for students' learning time and their curricular needs. Moving the yearbook to an enrichment class allows for many changes:
- a much desired re-design of the yearbook format, which students have hoped for in years past but have not had the opportunity to consider due to a compressed timeline;
- participation by students who truly desire to work on the yearbook and are excited to make their contributions;
- an easing of a packed end-of-year academic schedule, allowing for more focus on both classroom projects and the yearbook;
- a truly student-created and designed product that reflects the spirt of our school, as seen by its oldest citizens.
Yearbook Club will be facilitated by me and will be at no cost to students. It is open to Wolves only.
If your child is interested in participating in Yearbook Club, please fill out the Google Form located here by Friday, December 9. I want to include as many interested Wolves as possible, and this short scheduling survey will assist me in choosing the day and time that allows the most students to attend. I will be in contact soon with the selected date and time, as well as directions for registering.
