As we begin writing, we will focus on three guidelines for spoken word poetry:
1. Start with what you know to be true.
2. Write about being you.
3. Everyone has stories that others can learn from.
With the creative energy that's been present in the room during the last week, I can't wait to see the final poems. The Wolves will be sharing their work with everyone at Author's Cocoa in December (details of this event to come!).
