I'm jumping up and down with excitement for our first camping trip this week. The weather is supposed to be spectacular for us, with highs in the 70s and lows in the upper 50s. There is a chance of scattered showers on Thursday morning, so pack accordingly. We'll be outside as long as conditions are safe.
I owe you all a HUGE thank you for your help with donating or purchasing our supplies. You are all amazing! Please be in touch should you have any questions about the agenda or packing needs. I sent an extensive e-mail on Sunday with all the nitty-gritty - please be in touch if you did not get that message.
Iowa Assessments
Mark your calendars! The Iowa Assessments for the Owl and Wolf classes have been scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 20 - Monday, Oct. 26. More details will be provided as the testing dates approach.
Ancient Civilizations Projects
Our room has been abuzz with talk of Ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, Persia, Ancient China, and more as the Wolves have embarked on their trip into the past. We're hard at work on our first major project of the year, which is all about ancient civilizations. I can't wait to see (or hear) the creative and informative projects that result from all of this hard work.
